I stayed one night here after staying at another property close by. The rooms are bigger but the noise level is horrible. My room faced the interior atrium. Someone was drilling loudy between 2-3AM. Also can hear everything in the hallways. I would avoid this place unless you are a heavy sleeper.

第一次入住德立莊酒店是在2025年9月，當時因為出差來到台北。整體住宿體驗非常滿意，無論是房間的整潔度、服務品質，還是交通便利性，都讓我印象深刻。正因為如此，今年10月我和先生決定再次選擇這裡，作為我們度假的住宿地點。 這次的入住體驗依然令人讚不絕口。前台Manuel接待到位。房間維持了一貫的乾淨舒適，讓人感到放鬆與安心。 特別值得誇獎的是酒店的早餐，種類豐富、為每一天的行程提供了美好的開始。此外，服務人員的表現更是讓人感動。楊怡欣服務生的態度非常周到且有禮貌，總是面帶微笑，讓人感受到賓至如歸的溫暖。我的肩膀疼痛，她也非常熱心的提供各種幫助，包括醫院地址，止痛藥膏和貼布，真的太感動了。而領班王巧馨也非常負責，忙前忙後地確保每一位客人的需求得到滿足，讓人印象深刻。 我和先生對這次的住宿體驗非常滿意，未來只要到台北，德立莊酒店絕對是我們的首選。強烈推薦給所有計劃來台北旅遊或出差的朋友！

就近西門町5號站，對面就是西門町，地點實在很方面，我住了3日2夜，毛巾情況不太好，很葽和舊，只有淋浴，由於鄰近西門町星期六和日比較嘈吵，要求櫃枱3次清理房間完全沒有做到，非常失望，雖然職員們態度友好，但仍感到服務不周到

A bit outdated hotel and not flexible in extending even for an hour late check out. Provide only one time 2 bottles of water per stay even though you may stay in the hotel for a week. I wonder how much will 2 bottles of water cost the hotel. Next trip to Taiwan I will chose another better more flexible hotel to stay in
