The room was clean with comfortable beds and the staff were exceptional. We liked the multiple filtered water dispensers available on every floor along with the awesome gym.The location was conveniently close to a MRT transfer station and having a convenient store in the lobby was great.The breakfast buffet was delicious for a reasonable fee in a very relaxing atmosphere. They also serve lunch and dinner as well.

Customer service was great especially the front door person who met us as our uber approached. He went above and beyond to assist us. Room was large and decently updated. However, it had an odd smell - like musty or something. The balcony door was also very dusty and dirty. But rest of the room was clean. I think they need to work on exterior building, lobby, hallways, and some of the amenities, etc to be able to fully satisfy international/western guests (I’m Taiwanese living in the US saying this). Despite the great service and price, I don’t think we will stay here again due older building and above mentioned issues.

Rooms were clean and very spacious, especially the bathroom!! Shower water pressure was great! Staff were friendly. Special shout out to Venus at the front desk. She was very attentive and helpful when I hurt myself and needed ice. Wonderful stay overall.

Buffet however, waitress close coffee machine just 10:01 without any notice. Tried to tell them but the answer was pretty rude and turned it on unwillingly, Restaurant reception guys were rude as well, the room charge didn't include breakfast thus we questioned at the entrance but the two guys \'s answer was "1,100 if you are not staying here...., if you are, 550.00 ....". We would like to suggest they should need some more training and etc.
