Staff were excellent especially the front desk

This is a great place to stay, well cared for, with sensible management and friendly staff.

We had dinner in the bar / grill. Service was great and the food was delicious.

Disappointing - room size decent but had to search for kettle, coffee and tea found in a warm wardrobe with milk sachets looked like it hadn't been filled for weeks. Curtains hard to close had to lean on back of sofas to reach. Breakfast cool hot food, not much choice . Only filter coffee tasted like it had been stood a while and a domestic toaster just the one

Only stayed one night unfortunately but will definitely return. Staffs are very helpful and friendly; great breakfast; bedroom lovely and enjoyed the bar. We would have eaten at the restaurant but only one vegan option on the menu so are elsewhere and the gym is good as long as there are few people in there at the same time. Great location in the center, just not the easiest to find.

The hotel room space is big and very clean, breakfast was delicious and I must say the staff in the restaurant are very efficient.
