Hall not hoovered . Tap in bathroom difficult design to turn off so was left dripping. Woken up numerous times over night with drunk noisy neighbours. Couldn’t get a seat in bar . Lovely reception staff who allowed us to check in early . Light for carbon monoxide monitors really bright in room . Mattress not fab

The room was not what I booked, I specifically requested a twin room with two single beds, but there was only one large bed in the room. Check in is very late, 3pm. Breakfast was nice, staff were nice. And the location is brilliant, but I feel €200/night is very expensive for a basic hotel room.

Having stayed in a number of hotels in leeds, this was my third stay at the Park Plaza and have become my go to hotel when staying Leeds. Very good rooms, friendly staff and very convenient location.

I am disabled. From beginning to end the staff could not have done more for me. Particularly the night security guy who absolutely went out of his way for me. The only issue i had was the corner of the sink unit in my bathroom stuck into my leg when sat on the loo. They should round this corner off to prevent injury.
