The staff were all welcoming and attentive and helpful. The rooms were bigger than we expected, they were bright and airy and clean. The room numbering was a little challenging, not being consecutive. A few signs at the top of stairs and lift would be helpful. The breakfast was lovely and a good selection of self service buffet or cooked to order. The sandwiches served in the lounge were really nice, the fries being crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. There was a good selection of non alcoholic drinks, which is important to me these days. The hotel location on the cliff top with superb views to the Isle of Wight and steps down to the sandy beach was great. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at Fairhaven Hotel. The family room was comfortable and a good size, and the location of the hotel was perfect for direct access to the beach and other local amenitiies The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and my son loved the breakfasts! We would definitely stay again in the future.

We liked the hotel very much. Firstly an excellent value for money, great location, wonderfull staff, cleanliness. Hotel has fantastic leisure facilities incuding lovely swimming pool. Lastly, the restaurant! Excellent choice on the menu and the superb quality. Our dinner and breakfast was fantastic. The only but very small negative we found was that our room was very hot despite the open windows. Other than that 11out of 10.

very clean amazing staff and a wonderful location

What a gem on beautiful Studland. The view from the lounge and dining room were wonderful. The outdoor pool was perfect to cool of in after a sunny day. The spa an added bonus. Loved the vintage decor.

The staff where very friendly made us feel very welcome the room was spacious clean and tidy woukd highly recommend
