Poor quality of beds. Could not sleep well

Great Staff

Everything was excellent. There was a lot of confusion upon parking and actually finding the hotel and how to check in. This should definitely be explained in detail. We were thankful to find another patron who already figured it out and explained it to us. Had to switch rooms and my keycards were switched to another floor but couldn’t get back to the initial room to retrieve our items. Thankfully my fiance was in the room who brought everything to the lobby to only go back on the elevator to the new room. Keycards only work on the elevator where your room is.

The options available were repetitive, minimal, and not particularly appealing. If you’re expecting a diverse or fresh breakfast to start your day, this isn’t the place that will deliver it. Overall, the experience didn’t match the standard I’ve come to expect from Hyatt properties.

There was parking on the street. We were able to get a spot close but that was lucky. Apparently, the garage only had 4 spots. It was a great location- about 1 mile walk to Georgetown.
