The hotel is modern and very clean. Very dark but nicely decorated. It was probably just not a good fit for us. Not a cozy vibe. Too far from King Street. This is our 3rd hotel in Old Town this year and my least favorite but most likely personal preference. Nice staff.

Staff was courteous! Amenities and travel access are excellent! Unfortunately, there has been a constant theme of insufficient cleaning in our rooms. Subpar bathroom cleaning, shower drainage issues…along with dirty linens and at this visit..hair on shower walls and floors. All issues are always addressed, but this hotel is too lovely to have mediocre cleaning in the rooms.
