The room was quite dated and the carpet looked dirty and ancient. Towels stank of chemicals (like metho or kero), Bed was comfortable and the only good part. Had to pay a bond, never had that happen before at a good hotel, cc imprint yes but not a bond.

The location was perfect, close to restaurants, beach, and stadium. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room and the hotel in general were very clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The location beside the stadium and beach front is really great, the staff are very friendly, check in was easy. I really enjoyed the bottles of still or sparking water you could get from the lobby to take to your room. I enjoyed a pool side wine using the QR code, ordering was easy. There are some great local cafes and restaurants that we enjoyed too. The room itself was really large and spacious, including the bathroom. I liked the coffee pod machine also. Though, power points to charge phones were located on the wall away from furniture, so we had to sit them on the carpet - that was weird and not very well considered.

The hotel was easy walking distance to CBD and beaches, ultra handy to WIN stadium. Staff helpful and friendly. Food reasonably priced. Could do with a charger for electric vehicles moving forward 😊

We had a great stay

A lovely hotel on a beautiful part of the coastline. Near Win Stadium and close to beach walks. Our room was spacious. Bed was super comfortable and the balcony was very nice. We just had the continental breakfast and it was sensational- the croissants were to die for and plenty of fresh fruits and options.

These rooms were lovely. Having both a bath and a separate shower was really nice. Spacious room and a good view. Would be excellent if you were in town to see a game. Walking distance to dining and shopping. When I stayed (May 2025) there was plenty of underground parking available which was secure. All staff I spoke with were really lovely. The public areas of the motel were also well kept. Some night noise with loud vehicles (I stayed Fri and Sat night). Otherwise a fabulous stay!

I arrived at the hotel with plenty of time to get ready for an event that evening. I arrived to discover that Hotel is immediately adjacent to the football stadium and their was a football game taking place and there was no parking at the hotel or any nearby streets. All parking was taken up by football fans. I ended up being late to my event. I would expect that a hotel so severally impacted by events like this with respect to parking should warn guests when such an event is taking place and the likely impact on parking!

Everything was good ,not enough milk no milk frofer, van park had one ,close to the football ,was clean ,didn't get time to use pool and stuff ,bus stop not far ,restaurants close ,good bed ,shower had heaps of pressure.
