Bad Hotel. Not Recommended

This hotel is not not not recommended the blankets was not washed it has some smug on them. Even the mattresses not good having a bad springs in it which is making you to fall off the bed. Breakfast was also not good

Many ants in room. I got a pack of chocolate cake all cover with ants over the night. And the breakfast is the worst I ever have. Not any protein they provide, even a simply boil eggs, just some cereal, waffle and breads.

This is the only hotel in Windsor to stay. Although conveniently located it needs some freshening up. We stayed there about 4 years ago and it is the same, nothing has been renovated and is becoming a bit dated. We stayed in the King suite and the bathroom is very small. Stand up shower only with a corner tub in the living space. Beds were comfortable and cleaning staff were great.

We stayed Aug16th , hotel looked old and shabby inside for the cost of $279 it was clean and staff helpful but seemed like way too much money for this hotel

Front desk was friendly and helpful but the property is dated and poorly kept up. Our room was very dark only lit by table lamps. Very creepy vibe. Bunk beds for kids wood is all chipping away where the ladder sits and strange furniture arrangement made it tight to manoeuvre. The bathroom was very clean.Beds were comfortable .No hot breakfast so we went to Tim's instead. The carpet in the room was stained and the hotel smelled of old cigarettes and someone cooking onions in their room. Had to put a towel under our door as the smell was so strong. We couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning.
