Our stay was ok.Front desk staff could be friendliar.The cleaning ladies are the best! They’re very friendly and happily accommodated me when I asked for extra facecloths.The kids’ bunk bed was very wobbly and the bedding on our Queen bed was dirty! Not sure if it was stained or just not washed!

The staff member on check in appeared annoyed I had used Expedia for booking. Said "oh you used Expedia" that this made check in complicated and would be "a while" to get me checked in. I have never had this experience before and have used Expedia at many other hotels. I found the hotel decor slightly dated.(not a significant concern) The mattresses were significantly stained, although covered with a light mattress cover. I did not go to the pool this trip. Breakfast was limited to sweets ( muffins, pancakes, packaged oatmeal, juice and coffee). The main problem was on check in. I felt very insignificant for using Expedia to book with this hotel. Upon check out the elevator tile floor had been mopped, no sign in the elevator to indicate same, very slippery to walk on when you do not see a wet floor sign. If it had not been close to Windsor Hospital I would not have stayed.

Very basic continental breakfast, terrible coffee. The room was in okay condition, clearly well used but tolerable. The AC unit was EXTREMELY loud, there was almost constant noise from other guests in the hallway and the floor above. The bed was clean and comfortable, although the shower curtain was slightly mouldy, one of the bath towels was stained/dirty, and the shower was out of conditioner. All in all the hotel stay was fine for one night. But at the low end of acceptable.

The rooms eapecially one of them were being renovated and you could see drywall repair patches all around the room. The other room had a patch and you could see the doorknob was cut out and there were holes. The carpets were stained. I did not feel comfortable sleeping here as every noise could be heard because the walls were paper thin. The reception lady was very nice and the rooms were close to the exit which made it convenient for our needs. She said she'd email the GM but we heard nothing as she could not do anything to compensate us because we bought through Expedia. I paid two rooms and was not happy with the condition they were in for the price. Breakfast was busy but you could find something to eat.
