Book Williamson hotels

The customer service at this hotel is very poor. I normally don’t like to complain but there were just too many things that were not good about this stay. First, I booked a two queen bed room and when we went to our room we saw that we were given a room with only 1 king bed and a pull out sofa. I was not happy about it but I thought, I’d just roll with it. When we entered our room and went to hang our jackets in the closet we noticed a scarf hanging there. It was very obvious that when the room was cleaned the housekeeping staff never bothered to look in the closet. There were no sheets or pillows provided for the pull out sofa in the room. When we called down for sheets we were told to go down to the front desk to pick them up ourselves. In every other hotel I have stayed in, they always bring the sheets or towels we request to the room. On the night before leaving I had asked if it would be possible for the person to help me put a freezer pack in their freezer since our room fridges did not have a freezer portion. The girl refused. I asked why not and she said she didn’t know. I was very disappointed. Overall I found that the staff were not very helpful and the front desk staff were always on their personal cellphones. I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor service.

Breakfast room was well stocked . Joe the gentleman taking care of the kitchen and dinning room was exceptional.

A wonderful hotel with a great bar and friendly staff. Also great furniture and decor. Would recommend it to others.

Front desk is amazing. I'll come back.

Just a one night stay for the museum next door, pool deck wasn't as clean as it could have been but other than that everything was very nice.

If I had any complaint it was the lack of water pressure in the shower but other than that, first class all of the way.
