All good at this Hotel. Outstanding staffs in the reception and breakfast area. The rooms were comfortable with both coffee machine and kettle provided. Considerate enough to provide us with umbrella when the rail played spoil sport.The breakfast had a good spread, with a very welcoming Mexian and Asian cuisine. With lake Limmat on the side and other major streets within walkable distance, the location is unbeatable.Overall good stay, will definitely be back.

Perfect--quiet, lovely and super clean hotel with easy INDOOR walking access to flights from Zurich airport. Great room furnishings, great smelling soaps and lotion, calming decor.

Convenient to the airport. Had a shuttle. Unfortunately, the hotel charges for the shuttle FROM hotel TO the airport.

Great hotel. Rooms are small for the price but very well laid out and comfortable. We stayed in much larger rooms in other hotels on our trip that were far less enjoyable! I have no difficulty recommending this hotel to other travellers.

Hyatt never disappoints. Best option to spend layover in Zurich. Clean, simple and elegant. Great design and excellent breakfast. Five stars!

This hotel is great. It is a 15 min bus ride from the airport and located close to the train station, only a 5 min walk away. There was a great little grocery store on the way to the train that had fresh baked pastries every morning. The hotel offered a breakfast buffet but was very expensive (it is Switzerland) for CHF25 per person. We chose croissants, fruit, yogurt and drinks at the grocer for a fraction of the cost. We had the junoir suite which had 2 rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with bunks and a pull out single bed (sleeping 5 in total). All rooms had wonderful large windows and the bathroom was clean and spacious. There was also plenty of closet space and a safe. There was a mini fridge and kettle in the room as welk. We were really happy with this hotel and would definitely recommend it.
