The room was clean but I wasn’t crazy about the sink not being in the bathroom . Staff was great , movie theatre was a cool concept. I felt very safe in hotel. Shower was very small . Very nice bar /restaurant .

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. The bar was nice and the stuff very attentive and friendly. Be aware is a very self service hotel, which we had no idea. The check in is at the Bar area, and there is no phone in the room to call for assistance. The rooms were clean and well equipped. It was a bit of an odd hotel experience but overall it was good and I would recommend.

Great hotel. Rooms are small for the price but very well laid out and comfortable. We stayed in much larger rooms in other hotels on our trip that were far less enjoyable! I have no difficulty recommending this hotel to other travellers.

Overall the hotel was fine, but we wouldn't have picked it if we had known howit didnt fit. The room was extremely tiny and the "little things" like coffee/coffee maker, phones in the rooms, internet (they have it but its horrible), etc they did not have. The bar and restaurant are nice though.

Nice rooms, with common facilities like water refill & ironing board etc on each floor. Very conveniently located near the train station and plenty of bars / restaurants walkable. The hotel bar is open 24x7 and has great service

A great hotel in a perfect location. It is centrally located in Zurich, close to the main train station, the lake, and many museums. The room was excellent, especially the bed, which was super comfortable for us. Due to its central location, we were able to walk everywhere, and it has excellent access to public transportation when we wanted to see other places. There are plenty of dining and shopping options around it as well. I can only highly recommend it.

No gym - when I enquired reception told me the affiliated gym didn’t open till 8.30am, which on a Tuesday was incorrect, so I missed it. A hotel with this rating should have their own gym, rather than have access to a third party at a cost of CHF 20. Breakfast was very limited, 15 different flavours of jam but no hot breakfast. It’s done on the cheap. Also no table service on coffee, you have to queue up. This is really a 2* hotel. I won’t be staying again.

This hotel was in a great location, had terrific service, and the room was nice for two of us. It was near the train and near the water and Old Town. The staff were very helpful and nice. There was a bar and restaurant that looked good Altho we didn't eat there. We hiked zermatt and mt Rigi which were easy to get to by train and boat. (Zermatt is far!). We loved this hotel and would stay here again!

Rooms are on the smaller side but nonetheless well appointed and efficiently designed. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is only minutes away by foot to banhofstrasse, river/lake, and the main train station, but it doesn’t look and feel dodgy.
