Convenient location to train, grocery, old town. Breakfast was good. Note that the building has many rooms and 6 floors served by only 2 slow and small elevators. Only one elevator goes all the way to the top floor. We ended up using the stairs a lot as elevator wait was at times quite long. I would stay again but would try to get a room on a lower floor.

Two nights stay. Hotel was really great. Food, bar over all a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I did how ever think I booked and payed for an upgraded room and the room received was much smaller and on the first floor. Not sure if that was a hotel choice to place us or if Orbits miss represented the room with photos and description and price increase! Would stay again, walking distance from everything we wanted to do!

The Ruby Mimi hotel is a fantastic property. My wife only stayed one night, and we regret we couldn’t stay longer! There’s a very quaint bar on the main floor. The staff were kind and very helpful. The room was modern, clean, and with great amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located walking distance to HUB station. The staff was welcoming and the hotel is beautiful. The rooms a tad small, but was everything we needed for a day in Zurich.

The staff’s hospitality and warm smiles are exceptional—attentive without being pushy, and they truly help ease the fatigue of travel. However, breakfast was honestly quite poor, and given the price, it’s hard not to laugh. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of order, which made things rather inconvenient. I’d say it’s thanks to the staff that this property has managed to survive at all.
