The signs to get from the Hyatt regency suck. People are confused, have to wait in line to get to the check in desk at the regency all to told they are at to wrong hotel . Then they have to DRAG their luggage across cobble stone walk way all the to the other hyatt building. Poor planning !!!!

Truly a terrible hotel. It looks ok from the outside, but it’s quite awful. The food is horrid the rooms are just terrible and low quality. And the price is insane for what you receive . You’re better off probably anywhere else. I had a layover for about 12 hours and decided to get a hotel, I would’ve rather just stayed in the business class lounge if I knew how awful this place was.

The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just steps from Zurich Airport and an easy walk to The Circle, where you’ll find plenty of shopping and dining options. Getting around is simple, with train stations, trams and buses all nearby. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the overall layout never felt cramped. Staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and stress-free.
