Overall, it served the purpose based upon the proximity to the Airport. My experience, the morning of the departure for Breakfast was less than desirable. Arrived at Breakfast at 05:58, and the hostess in her native language, stated “zwei Minuten”, in a very condescending manner. It was inappropriate, since everything was set up, and two minutes, simply was not relevant, although her mannerism was less than appropriate. It will make me consider other future options.

The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options also. Being at the airport/train station, this hotel is very convenient. Check-in and out was simple and easy.

What a great experience! A warm welcome from the staff who insisted on carrying our luggage for us. We received spacious and bright rooms that are also suitable for children. A well-equipped bathroom, a luxurious bathtub, well-maintained and shiny public areas, close to restaurants and cafes, and a 3-minute walk to the terminal. Attractive price. We will happily return again.

The cost was in line with the property quality and amenities. Best of all, the property is very close to the airport and other transportation into the city and beyond. The staff were very helpful, and fluent in multiple languages. Finally, I hadn't realized the TransitHotel is inside security, so having access to my room in the morning when I arrived was incredibly helpful in getting prepared for meetings in town.

Great room in a new hotel at the airport. Casual modern and accessible to the Airport departure lobby 5min walk. The food was of bad quality. I requested healthy options and were outright rejected by the staff. No explanation. Was given the option menu to have breakfast at a cost of 25 SF at arrival or 35 SF = 42.5US$ at morning. No option a la cart for something small, no healthy options. When requested to speak to a manager was outright rejected that what it is what you get. Hotel is new and highly invested but can’t adapt to modern times of healthy options.
