Book West Panama City Beach hotels

Property was ready for check even sooner than expected. I didn’t get to meet with the host, but they were very responsive vis text. The TV and remote connection stopped working so we weren't able to watch TV the morning of our departure. Overall, we enjoyed your stay. Due to our schedule, we weren't able to take advantage of all the property amenities, but we will stay again. The furnishings are very dated snd the property needs a deep cleaning, but it is a great option for families. As such, we recommend bringing your own blankets, towels, and linens. You will also need to bring cleaning supplies, paper towels, oven mitts, dish towels, and bathroom toiletries abd supplies. With this in mind, you will have a cozu stay.

The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful. However, there was typically only one person so there was always a line of people waiting. We did require maintenance at one point and the maintenance man was there quickly and was friendly. We were in a room across the street. The lighting in the parking lot is poor. We were on the second floor and there are NO ELEVATORS! No good for two seniors with bad knees. The room itself was clean enough but the building is quite old and in need of major renovation. Our room was damp and there was mildew under the air conditioner. Also, no phone in the room so when we needed maintenance we had to walk across the street to the front desk. The pool was very nice, very clean. Plenty of chairs around the pool but the cushions were mildewed. We did see a couple of bugs in our room-nothing major, but when checking out I overheard the desk clerk talking with a couple that found bedbugs. We didn’t find any in our room. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I was shocked and disappointed, if not insulted, that I was charged $15/day to park my car on your property duing my stay. I paid to rent a room, and certainly that should include a place to park. That's only common sense. We have stayed here in the past and enjoyed ourselves, but this was my last time staying at Beach side.

The place was immaculate ! Parking was free and easy. The people were nice.

I love my stay she’s would come back to join the fun once more. Amazing lady out!!!! Large space.

They put me in a room where the palm trees blocked my view of the Gulf front ocean view that I paid for. It felt personal because that Hotel was not sold out. Do better sugar sands. There are many great Hotels that surround you! I’m in Panama City Beach every month for work and could give you my business…..
