There was always too many ppl in the hit tub. Hard to ever get in. Need more hot tubs on the property. And the rooms could use some updatimg. But the property was very big and kept up well. Staff was friendly and helpful

The parking lot was tight and very full when I arrived. Then I was hit with $67 resort fee after thinking the trip was already paid. Elevator was broken. Not off to a great start. Internet service in the rooms terrible. Last night there couldn't get TV to connect. Other than that, nice access to beach, nice pool, room was clean. The restaurant across the street, Coconuts, has good food, bad service.

When we got into our room it was nothing like the pictures on this site. Bathroom door looked like it was painted by a 3 yr old. It was run down to my liking. The beds were awesome and very cold A/C. The lazy river is a joke and very deceiving. It is indoors and extremely small. Mainly for toddlers or little kids. The view is amazing but for what we booked it was way way overpriced.

First time here and it was so amazing! I love that it has 3 pools and so much stuff to do you really don’t have to leave! My 4 year old LOVED the indoor pool and the lazy river! The beach is also right there! They do activities every day as well! It was so much fun and we have definitely found our place to stay when we come to PCB from now on!!

Great place for families! 2 pools, miniature golf, arcade, beachfront. Rooms were spacious; we had a balcony with partial view of ocean. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee available. Had to buy bag of ice from the front desk. Wifi & ell service spotty. Only so many parking places in front of hotel; additional parking across the street.

The property is very old for what they charge. They charge for ice, there’s a coffee maker in the room without any coffee to use in it. The pools are too small and very crowded. They wanted a $20 deposit to use a hairdryer. The tv in the room was tiny and buffered a lot. The boy at the front desk when we checked in was barely polite. The view from the room was fantastic but that was the highlight.

Fun and accesible to beach but everything is extra

The pools and beach were great. Fun foam party and bingo and polynesian show. Bring your own everything as far as soap and hair shampoo and dish soap. Pretty crowded space for a family of 7. Rooms very small. Could also use some repair. Our faucets were loose on 2 sinks and our shower door didn't open and close well and the rubber door sealer kept falling off. They do not clean your room until you check out. You can get fresh towels at the desk daily and TP and small bar soap

Outstanding stay for all of us!

This place was perfect for us parents and our daughters (6/8years old). We had so much fun the entire time and the entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Very clean! Super comfortable to stay which is difficult when traveling with children sometimes. Fun for the parents as we were able to relax and enjoy along with the girls. Karaoke at the Tiki was our highlight bc our daughters were able to participate until 10pm and they had such a great time singing. Thank you Sandpiper, we will be back next year we have already said!

I can see why those traveling with pets stay there as there are limited options. Back in the day the “resort” would have been a great place however, today it leaves much to be desired. Old carpet, old linens, old furniture. There was only 1 towel and 1 washcloth for a 3 day stay for 2 people. The pool and lazy river needed to be cleaned throughout the day not just when opening. There is NO housekeeping. Best thing I can say is it’s oceanfront.

The resort has everything for family fun. Great location, food, show, pools and beach. The 2 bedroom suite I stayed in was outdated but clean and it smelled really bad musty, humid and like mold. We kept the sliding door open the whole time to air out the smell.

Our stay was excellent. The only two things I would change was the room was entirely too small and the pool rules weren’t enforced. Kids were throwing balls in the pool and hitting people with them accidentally of course but that’s why there was pools rules stating not to do so and the pools were to close at 12 and they didn’t enforce this and with our room being in between 2 pools it was extremely loud in our room and disrupted us from being able to go to bed at a decent time.
