The location to the beach Mc Guires and the young man at the ice cream counter in lobby were the good things about this property. Do not stay on the first floor. There were bugs in our bed , the air was not keeping up and smelled musty. when asked to get an alternate plan we were told they can look and see if they can fine the bugs . I had one in a ziplock to show them. We asked to leave the room and were told we could. So we did . They said they had no other rooms available but finally found one. We asked for a refund and we would leave but they could not tell us if we would be refunded our 300.00. We had to stay and move to the 6th floor. No bugs . The air was keeping up but not as cool as we keep out normally . Very noisy. And doors closing or anyone dropping things could be heard . Needs updated. Will not stay here again .

Needs new photos and updates done

Rooms not as shown in pictures. Beds are at least 20 years old and extremely uncomfortable. Water damage on ceiling and rust in several places in the bathroom. The bathroom was smaller than a normal 1/2 bath in a home. Overall it was not clean. The parking was a nightmare. Parking is free but it’s not always on-site, it’s down the street in “overflow” because they don’t have ANY parking available for guest. They also don’t mention that your room could could possibly be across the street from the main hotel, which is not a big inconvenience but when coming in at 11pm, having up check-in and then drive across the street to unlock your vehicle, and then drive around the corner to park your vehicle and walk back is a task within itself (I’m aware that it isn’t their fault I got here at 11pm; just point out an inconvenience for me). Staff for the most part were very nice. Outdoor pool area was clean… could use some work but they do a good job with the upkeep.

Hotel in Panama City

I really enjoyed my stay, the only complaint is the hotel didn't have enough luggage cart or bellman available to help bring heavy bags into hotel. I was on a girl's trip, so we didn't have a strong male to help us load/ unload luggage into the room. Other than that everything was great.

Great price for the location, but this is definitely an older property. We had two rooms in the building across the street. It was clearly advertised as NOT BEACHSIDE but is a short walk across the street to the pool and beach. We found several hairs in one room when we arrived. The toilet was broken in the other room. I reported the toilet problem three times and it was never fixed. Also, our room was never serviced by housekeeping.

The place is old and outdated. My daughter wanted to go home when we got into the room. Things are rusty and gross. The front desk never gave us the pillows I asked for. Oh yeah and they don’t do daily cleaning.

Amazing views and property, staff was amazing and friendly. Only issue is parking, limited by the hotel and often taken by what appears to be either staff or non guests for beach access. Definitely recommend and cant wait for next stay.
