This property is directly on the beach on Beach blvd with quick and close access to hwy 98. The staff was accommodating for anything we needed, whether it be extra towels, toiletries, etc. The only issue we had is this is a family resort and we could not take our son to the pool at all during the day while we were there or most nights because the smell of marijuana was so strong you could not even breathe without coughing. We were told at checkout that we should have notified the front desk, but there were plenty of staff coming in and out of that area, including security, at all hours of the day and night and there is no way they did not notice. There are signs for no smoking posted everywhere, so there should be no exceptions for anything. We did enjoy the beach access, but definitely will not stay here again if we want some pool time.

Liked the view. Didnt like how run down the hotel was for the extravagant price charged, and wasnt happy that the hotel was completely unwilling to work with me regarding my car breaking down and having to be towed all of the way back home. Called the hotel and the staff was totally unwilling to refund my first night due to this rare occurence. We ended up having to drive in the middle of the morning to get to the hotel, which wound up being around 1 a.m.

Location was great as far as the beach goes. That was the only good thing. When we made our original booking we had booked a room with a kitchen. We arrived, and were placed in a room with no kitchen only a microwave. Our room also had no access to wifi other than the bar wifi, which we were denied access to. There was also no cellphone reception in our hotel room at all, and our TV did not work. We also had to go to the front office and wait 15mins just to get some toilet paper, and room service only came to our room once our entire stay, which was right after I had to go get toilet paper from them I will also add. When I asked to talk to a manager about moving rooms or coming up with a resolution I was only told the word would be passed along, and I was only offered $100 back. Our entire stay was $1000, and we never enjoyed our stay in the room because of such poor quality and poor management. If you’re looking to book here for a family vacation, please be aware and make sure you get what you paid for, or avoid booking here at all. I would take my money elsewhere.
