It was a horrible place. Our room smelled like moisture and the walls had black dots which I believe was mold. The ceiling was peeling and falling apart. Last but not least, our room had roaches. Could not stay there past one night so I had to find and book another hotel. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

The only real advantage of this hotel is its location — right on the beachfront. The hotel is clean, but very, very old. It’s in serious need of renovation. Please update the interiors. If replacing the windows isn’t possible, at least have them thoroughly cleaned and repainted so they look new. Remove the outdated carpeting that harbors germs and replace it with laminate flooring. As for the furniture — even the most basic IKEA pieces would be better, as long as you create some kind of cohesive style or design that guests can actually enjoy. I won’t be returning to this hotel. It’s simply not worth $150 per night for what you get.

The only thing I will point out is the old carpet on the floors and our headboard was very obviously water damaged. But the place was relatively clean and the staff came by once a day to tidy up the room. The views are so worth it.

Awful place. I couldn’t even stay here. I ended up having to book a different hotel after seeing the bugs and dirty sheets! The front desk said there were no other rooms. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! The pool was not open either.

Out of all the times I've stayed at this hotel or resort even have I been this disappointed. First upon arrival fairly new person behind the counter really doesn't know much took too long for a check in. I asked the front desk clerk which way was the room he could not tell me the direction to the my room because he said he's new and he doesn't know. Get inside room and upon inspection not to cleanliness of rooms but I did notice I didn't have a ice bucket. So I proceeded back to the front desk to request a nice bucket a phone call with was placed out over the walkie-talkie to maintenance or whomever was told actually insured that one was going to be brought to my room. To know avail never receive ice bucket went to sleep waiting for it. Next morning check out I remind the person behind the counter that I never received ice bucket reason behind it that was given to me oh I got busy I forgot. Thoroughly disappointed in the service I received this time at this establishment already not the best quality of places for the money that is being charged but still expect better service for that kind of money that you are spending on this place.

My stay here was not good. We went there to get married and I should have known for the price it was going to be bad. The room had bad humidity damage, a broken door, the windows were screwed shut, and the floor of the room was wet. We had to call and ask for different covers because the one on the bed when we walked in had a giant yellow spot on it. The pool and hot tub was supposed to be open until 10pm but they put a sign up saying they were closing it at sunset instead. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the balcony was not a private balcony like I thought we were getting but a shared one with one plastic chair sitting on it. If they had an elevator at all it must have been on the other side because we never saw one. The walls were paper thin that you could hear everything. They asked us if we wanted to buy a vacuum randomly in the lobby too. I should have paid more and stayed somewhere else but I didn't realize it could be that bad. They literally came in our room and took all of our towels and didn't bring more for a whole day even after calling and asking for more.

Loved the location and views of the beach. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Also the other customers staying were very nice and quiet. Updates would make a big difference and the elevators could be air conditioned. Overall I would not hesitate to stay here again just as it is.

This was a first time trip to 30A so I was not familiar with the area. All of the staff I interacted with were very nice and helpful. I found the hotel to be in rough shape and not maintained. The exterior of the hotel was rough as was the room. As an example, there were a variety of interior walls in the room where patches had been made with Sheetrock mud. The mud had been slopped on and then was not painted. The plastic frame around the window was cracked and had holes in it. This is just an old hotel that has had very little investment in it. This is probably a reflection of the ownership and not the staff. I would characterize the hotel as very low budget in quality,but the price is not consistent with that. Disappointing,but now I know how things vary along 30A
