Very nice stay, hotel is close to Walmart and Boston Pizza. But no continental breakfast as advertised I book hotels for the breakfast not a Covid bag snack.

Staff were very nice, room clean, bed very comfortable! Nice packed breakfast! Great coffee machine! Our only complaint, neighbours above our room very noisy at 5:00a.m. Next time,we know,get a room 2nd floor!

I quite liked this stay. Only complaint is I wish the pillows were more sizeable to a king size bed. Other than that it was a great place to sleep for our little family. Thanks again!

parking problem

Parking near your room was very hard as they have a small casino and patrons took up all the parking. Should have designated no parking in front of rooms.

A deal with a price! Got probably worst room in a rather empty hotel. Second floor, no elevator (82 and 74), right across from stairs and 24 hour free washer and dryers. And directly over entrance to lobbey and bar. Breakfast was a bag lunch. The hotel itself was older but fairly good shape. New bathroom and decor updated - other than low toilet. Carpets a little grubby, but it's spring in Alberta and can be muddy. Great location.

I would recommend the Pincher Creek Travelodge. The price was great, and it’s easy to get to. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. A shout out to Bridget who phoned me when it was found I left my camera in the lobby after checking out. I was able to get it back quickly, so very grateful for that. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my first night was not good due to being in room 201 right above the lobby sliding doors, which opened many times. The staff were great about moving me to another room for my second night though, and I slept well. Excellent customer service.
