This property is a great location right in the centre of Waterton village and on the lakeshore. However, the bathroom always smelled like urine. The shower pressure is almost non existent at times. They say they check in every day to see if you need anything but you have to call for toilet paper every day. I don’t need my sheets changed or bed made every day, no do I need new towels every day, but when we are staying 5 days, I do expect minimal service that I don’t have to keep calling for. Price is expensive for what you receive. Beds are comfortable and view from the balcony we had was great (other rooms have trees blocking a good view).

A Good Pick for Waterton Village

Room had a very good bathroom that was modern and nicely sized. The shower soap and conditioner was spot on. My wife, who is very picky about hotel bathrooms, was very impressed.

The room is very nice - clean, modern, and the bed is comfortable. It's wonderful to sit outside on the deck. The location is great, easy walking, however Waterton is tiny so you're never far from anything. The onsite restaurant is delicious. Waterton is a delightful town to visit for a few days. My only negative is that this hotel is a tour group hub, and there were always two large tour buses in the central courtyard, which made me feel like I was in a Greyhound bus station when I opened my door. Their motors are quite loud when fired up. This may not be an issue for others, but it did take away from my experience a bit, especially for the high price of the room. Besides that, however, it was lovely.

The Bayshore Inn is so convenient for access to the Marina, shopping and restaurants. Loved having our balcony facing the lake! Rooms appear to be recently renovated. Was a great place to stay!

Overall ok except for a few issues.

Got in late and no parking left, parked out on street. No elevator. We had to enter the upstairs hallway from an outside door that was propped open (we arrived very late at night ) and not within sight from lobby or front desk which did not seem very safe. It’s a small town in the mountains so it was probably ok but felt vulnerable. Room was clean and updated. There was no soap in the bathroom for washing hands.

Loved the renos. Finally matched the property to the location! Last thing to fix is quiet in-room air conditioning. The spot is so perfect to listen to the wind through the trees or calm silence but it does take away from the experience having the air conditioning or fan on. Other than that the bed was amazing, shower was great and room looked awesome. Loved our stay!

Beautiful views and super clean room that looks recently upgraded. The issue is the floor is laminated which is great for cleanliness but being on the lower floor awful for noise. We could hear ever step our neighbours upstairs made. Recommend this hotel but if your noise sensitive ask for a top floor room.
