We were allocated a room that was part of a double room situation. We had the A door and the other had B door - while each was seperately locked theior was a main door sharted by both. This is not what we booked. In addition the guest in the B room came and went all night till 2 am and slammed doors and we could not sleep. We asked them to pelase be respectful and the became aggressive to us. There was no phone in room or way of getting hotel to deal with as desk at front was unmanned and we did not feel safe going down. Also facilities were poor. This was NO SPA hotel. Chaisr at pool were very limited. No shade and broken umbrellas. NOt what we boooked and paid for and expected.

Room was clean, but there was a lingering smell that was not pleasant. The fridge was not cold - milk remained at room temperature regardless of turning the dial to colder. When this was brought to the attention of staff, it is presumed they looked at it, but did not fix it. The pool was dominated by children the entire time - having an adults only period (e.g., 7-9pm) would be much better. Air con did not reach into the bedroom. Bed was not comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, has a nice setup overall, and is in a beautiful town.

The staff were very friendly.The parking not so great.Their is not enough parking for the guests,we had to park at the back of the tennis courts every day .we only had 2 channels on the tv working,it would be great if they had Netflix or something like that . However the room was lovely and clean

Friendly staff. Lovely room with king bed, good pillows, tastefully decorated, big TV, 2 comfy chairs with coffee table. Good coffee area with bench, fridge n kettle. Glasses and some cutlery n crockery, kitchen sponge n tea towel. Good bathroom products. Opening window very welcomed.

The unit was quite good but the cooking facilities could do with an update. The only fry pan was huge and really not suitable for 2 people. Very old as well. No tongs and no strainer suitable for rice. Hot plates are the old solid plate electric ones.
