Stayed for three nights. The room was very clean, the beds comfy. The A/C, TV, fridge, and microwave all worked well. A couple of room issues: - The pipes vibrated and made loud noises when you turned the shower on, and we could hear the same noises when our neighbors used their shower. - There was an iron, but no ironing board - The first morning we were awakened at 5:30 am by the alarm clock that must have been set by the previous guest...would suggest the cleaning staff reset alarm clocks between guests to avoid that happening. The front desk staff was friendly and online checkin and out made it quick and easy. Breakfast was decent (don't recommend the sausage though). Parking was a problem. Two of the nights when we came back to the hotel around 10pm and the parking lot was completely full with zero empty spots. When we asked at the front desk where else we could park, we were directed to a neighboring lot that has clear signage about towing, indicating that parking is only for the mattress store next door. The person at the front desk said "oh it should be fine, as far as I know they've never had anyone towed before. Maybe just get up early and move your car back into our lot when some spots open up just in case." So that was not very reassuring, and it was frustrating not to feel like we had any other options. They also said " The only other place would be walmart but they for sure tow people." We were up and out by 8:30 am, and did not get towed.

Fitted sheet on the bed was warn out. I ask the front desk to change it. They did not. Bathroom floor needed to be mopped.

We have stayed at this La Qyinta a few times for it's convenient location. It is due for a spruce up. Also staffing at front desk and breakfast is very thin, but helpful and friendly. Breakfast is ok - ran out of things one day on a recent stay. Never saw any tables wiped until serving was closed. Pool and hot tub are great though! Also love the ample gathering spaces in the lobby area and patio.

Issues with room 109 lock. Needs replaced. Key works on outside doors but takes 3 tries to open the door. Has it rekeyed 3 times. Hotel is clean and well kept. Waited awhile for the clerk to acknowledge me as she was on the phone.

The doorlocks are opened by programmable cards. They did not work like they should have. Other guests had the same problem, especially on the ground floor.

Rooms were extremely dirty. Hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Garbage all over the floors and bathroom covered in hair. No toiletries in the bathroom to shower. Rooms looked really run down. The area to eat breakfast was filthy, the food was very poor quality and there wasn’t very much so we ate waffles every morning.

Property needs updating. Breakfast options were limited and often they ran out of things and didn’t restock the breakfast items. Another guest in the next room kept going in and out all night causing our dog to bark every time. Had to request our floor be cleaned again after we arrived because it was covered with a sticky film. The beds need to be replaced as well. Very dated.

We have stayed here over the years and this last time will be our last. The outside property is so dirty with trash and broken glass. The rooms are not horrible, but definitely beaten up.
