This is a gem of a small hotel - well kept, super friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that disappointed during our stay was the quality of the food served in the restaurant which did not reflect the status of this gorgeous little hotel.

Hotel was the best that we visited during our 3 week stay in Canada. It was spotlessly clean, central and had excellent facilities, including a coffee machine and fresh cooled flavoured drinking water in the main reception area which we used regularly after exploring outside in the city, and surrounding area. Victoria is a beautiful city and area. Loads to see and do in the city with walks and activities to suit everyone and all ages. This hotel was ideally suited to exploring this area and within 5 minute walk from the main central areas and harbour. Would recomment it and would definately stay here again without question. Staff were super helpful and as with everyone we met in Canada, friendly, and polite at all times. Fantastic place and country to visit.

This is our go to hotel for our frequent trips to Victoria for theatre and concerts at the Royal Theatre. The location is perfectly situated for walking in either direction, so the harbour, dining and the theatre are all easily accessible. The property itself is in fantastic condition, the rooms and other facilities are very well maintained. The staff are without exception warm and welcoming and every request we have made was delivered with the highest level of courtesy. Wonderful hotel!
