1. Bathtub Condition: The bathtub was in poor condition and not usable for taking a proper bath. 2. No Complimentary Mineral Water: There was no mineral water provided in the room. 3. Lack of Room Service: There was no provision for room service during the stay. 4. No In-house Dinner Facility: Dinner was not available within the hotel premises; guests had to order from outside. 5. Miscommunication about Breakfast Timings: At check-in, we were informed breakfast is served till 10:30 AM, but in the morning, we were told it ended at 10:00 AM due to it being a weekday. However, after some discussion, breakfast was provided to us. 6. Unclean Elevator: The elevator was not properly cleaned and gave an unpleasant impression. 7. No Assistance to Room: No staff accompanied us to our room during check-in for a safe and guided experience. 8. Self-Carrying Luggage: We had to manage our luggage ourselves both during check-in and check-out. 9. Limited TV Channels: The television offered only a very limited number of channels. 10. Unclean Bedsheets: The bedsheets were not properly cleaned and had visible stains. 11. No Cutlery or Glassware Provided: When we ordered food from outside, no plates, cutlery, or whiskey glasses were provided. 12. Faulty Door Closer: The room door closer was too tight and required excessive force to open and close. 13. Missing Basic Bathroom Amenities: There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, or bathroom slippers provided. 14. Worn-out Mattress

We didnt stay. Pulled up to people drinking and falling over in parking lot. Walked in to a Dirty disgusting room. Ad Said it would sleep 5. There was no way it would sleep 5. I couldnt take off my shoes. Floor was sticky. I want my money back.

Asked the front staff if the pool was open before booking a room and checking in, staff said it was open and good to go for it’s normal hours (9AM-9PM) finally got into the pool and within minutes I had a security guy come in and demand I get out of the pool cause it was closed for maintenance (7pm)

The hotel room i paid for (149$ per night) doesn't have ordinary microwave, no ac, the bathroom shower doesn't work. Lots of stains on the wall. Poorly corked egg and sausages as only option for breakfast. Hallways full of garage, extremely disappointed, pictures looks very nice online.

The area is not a good one. I was pleased they had security though. The floors were dirty, the bathroom door had several holes in it, some patched, the sink had hair in the drain and the shower wand was held together with tie straps. The shower head was filthy. Unfortunately all other accommodations that were in better areas were not available. I would not stay here again

Single worst experience in hotel

Dirty run down place weights missing from the gym tv didnt work in there. Pool was un kept and dirty looking. Rooms furniture was beat up and floor was damp from last people there. View of a wall from the window and the bar out from had junkies in the alleyway.staff was rude even saw one almost run over somone out front well they pulled into the handicapped spot that they clearly didnt need. Breakfast was what youd expect maybe the only thing that was up to par. And on top of all of that hotels.com double booked me so i had to pay twice also they didnt give the 100$ they took for deposit back.

Extremely disappointed. The room's carpet was worn, stretched, rippled. One top bed sheet so thin you coukd see through. Other bed's bottom sheet torn. Bed skirts hung on thr floor. Empty box (garbage) in dresser. First night tv didnt work, called and the guy couldnt fix it. Second night they fixed it so we had 1 night no tv at all. Air conditioner only worked on one temp. Breakfast one morning was great, second morning it was poor. Sketchy part of town. Would not stay again. It needs to be completely remodelled. It was, however, very quiet which was nice.

There’s nothing I liked about the hotel it stunk the pool sucked The room was disgusting. It was garbage laying around. I was glad to get away from there. and when I got home, hotel was phoning me because they screwed up on the credit card.

Great staffs and quiet

Front desk staff were awsome at check-in and check-out. Even night time staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was close to entry way, it was so quiet. Parking lot was clean, lots rooms, easy to find. Definitely coming back
