AVOID THIS NASTY HOTEL! My family and I wasn’t in the room for an hour when we realized it wasn’t going to work. First when we walked in there was an unpleasant smell. There was a bug on the floor by the bathroom. There were fruit flies flying around the room. There was a cigarette hole in the blanket. We tried to lay down and my family immediately became itchy. Also traveling with 2 kids who use WiFi and the WiFi wasn’t working. We went to the front and spoke to a worker named Nicholas. He mentioned they are pet friendly so we may have had a room that a pet was recently in. Either way very unacceptable. We were there for a Christmas vacation and wanted to be comfortable and that wasn’t going to happen in this hotel. Nicholas called the manager who said to reach out to Expedia to get a refund. Expedia spoke to the manger and the manager denied us a refund. This hotel is desperate for money clearly and it looks nothing like the pictures!! AVOID THIS NASTY HOTEL!

The breakfast was top notch with hot options z There were real eggs and the waffles were amazing. Don’t get me started about the grits. They were fantastic too. Chef Michael and Kristen working at the buffet were very helpful and treated us like family. Room clean and bed was comfortable. Would definitely book there again if I’m in Vero Beach.
