Great room in Burnaby

This place was immaculently clean, there was almost always someone cleaning something, keeping it looking nice all the time. The staff was very kind and helpful, they made me feel welcome from day 1.

A nice, cozy hotel located next to a freeway exit and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. As a solo traveler, I value comfort and ease of access, and this hotel delivered on both fronts. Check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who made me feel welcome right away. The room itself was cozy and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a decent-sized bathroom. Even though the hotel is near the freeway, the soundproofing was effective, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep. There was free Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, and a mini-fridge in the room, which was convenient for storing snacks and beverages. Hot water for tea was available at the main lobby. There was also a mini-kitchen. Walmart and Starbucks are nearby making it simple to grab a morning espresso or pick up necessities. Overall, my stay at this small hotel next to the freeway exit was enjoyable and comfortable. It's an ideal choice for solo travelers looking for convenience and a cozy atmosphere. I would definitely consider returning on my next trip!

As expected

This is a budget friendly hotel in an expensive metro area. Low end of the cost spectrum. Nothing fancy, but everything was as expected and we would recommend for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable room. Only drawback was lack of elevator to get to 2nd floor rooms.

The courtyard was fabulous, with very comfortable patio furniture. The coffee in the common room was delicious! We had several French vanillas every day. Although the property is located at a major intersection, there wasn't very much noise - the central courtyard was serenely quiet. Comfortable bed in a good sized room with a covered balcony. Very easy location to get to. Will visit again.

The hotel was centrally located which made it easy to get everywhere. The front desk personnel were extremely fast and nice and offered snacks upon check in. There were also chocolates in our room. It was great that there was no charge for parking. And the Kuerig machine that served hot chocolate, lattes, coffees and more was a nice bonus. Overall, a very nice experience.

Spent five days at Coast Metro Vancouver for a family vacation. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with several positives: reasonably priced, spacious rooms, a lovely courtyard for relaxing, convenient location, free parking, great customer service, and complimentary filtered water and coffee. A few downsides: the area has heavy traffic, cleanliness was average, we encountered a few silverfish bugs in the room (not a major issue for me), and the soundproofing could be improved.

The front desk people went above and beyond to help us with transportation, shopping and dining. We enjoyed the TV room with its hot chocolate choices. However, the floor was cold without any covering, and the oversized bathroom sink and faucet were attractive but impractical for washing your face. Also, the bed covers were too warm when combined and couldn’t be easily separated. Finally, the shower head was trendy but impractical, providing a trickle of water.
