Excellent location for Burnaby access - Bin4 Lounge was a nice food option - front desk was friendly and super helpful - very clean rooms with friendly "accents" throughout.

Great spot with a comfy bed

Second time here, would recommend! Super comfy bed, firm but with a nice plush pillow top. The guy that helped us was so kind and made me feel really welcome. Our room was clean and smelled good.

Fantastic value super sized suite

Pleasantly surprised by huge size of executive suite which featured large living room and wrap around 3 piece sectional sofa with coffee table, separate galley kitchen with full size fridge, microwave stove plus a separate dining room with large table and 4 dining chairs. Large separate bedroom with king size bed and flat screen tv in both bedroom and living room. Short walk to lobby and ice machine . Lobby had espresso/coffee machine that ground and brewed the coffee by push button. Great location close to retail mall, supermarket, restaurants and Skytrain station.

Very good overall with 2 issues

There was no on site restaurant so breakfast on. Sunday was nearby MacDonalds. Also the toilet was so low to the floor it was difficult squatting that low and getting up up easily. Have never experienced a such an outdated uncomfortable toilet as this.
