Book Trexlertown hotels

After a long flight arriving in lobby just before midnight with my daughter and granddaughter who is 15 months old t indicated when I reserved my room I needed a porta crib which website indicates is provided at no additional charge to provide a safe sleeping arrangement. The person in lobby said no crib available than suddenly said oh yes an additional $50 upcharge! He was rude long story short my granddaughter was not provided a crib we were given extra pillows and she fell from the bed. Incident report filed and yet to hear back from company

Fine for 1 night; but not sure if I would stay longer. Property was under maintenance and back parking lot seemed a bit sketchy. Tiny fitness room had broken glass on the floor. Staff was friendly but asked many more questions than usual at check in (could be because someone was training though). 2/3 of the outlets in the room didn’t work and one that did had a fridge, tv, microwave, and coffee maker all plugged into it (not exactly the safest). Breakfast was fine but was a bit on the cheaper side with options and they seemed very concerned about people taking food from it. I also had to send them a reminder I checked out at 9am that day when they followed up with me later in the evening asking when I was leaving. Room was clean and convenient. Parking above was fine and many amenities around. So just ok.

This was the cleanest, kindest, and most efficient hotel I’ve ever stayed at on a budget. I would’ve expected to pay double for such a fantastic place. The hot breakfast was phenomenal, they even have a yogurt dispenser and all sorts of toppings so you can make a parfait. An automated fancy coffee dispenser as well! The airport shuttle arrived very quickly, and the driver was personable, and very professional. I felt very safe on the shuttle and in the hotel, even though I was arriving past midnight. The room felt extraordinarily clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I wish I could copy and paste this hotel and its staff to everywhere I will ever travel- no joke.

Park in open lot by hotel entrance. Parking garage is long walk through casino to hotel lobby.

Staff friendly. Basic hotel. Crack in ceiling in room and the chair in my room had very distressed leather. It did the job otherwise

They were very upset of the condition on my luggage because I had moved there in an emergency situation, and they didn’t like that I didn’t have nice luggage. “ I lowered their reputation.”
