Had no hot water in my shower. Hallways were dirty. Room and hallways had an odor. I only stayed the first night because I got in late. I canceled my second night to find any other hotel in the area.

One night stay at Whitehall/Allentown PA location

The staff was wonderful m, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good, but the coffee was weak. The only disappointments were that we specifically booked this hotel because it had a bar and grill on site. We were looking forward to coming back to the hotel for dinner and drinks after our event. We weren’t told, nor was there any information online that the grill was closed due to not having a chef on staff. We were very disappointed but adapted by going to the local diner for dinner and figured we just have drinks back at the hotel after. When we returned we found out that the bartender was a no show/no call and there was no other staff to run the bar so it was closed. Having specifically booking this hotel because of the food/bar on site, it was extremely disappointing that neither was available for our stay! The staff was very apologetic and disappointed themselves but there wasn’t anything they could do to fix the situation.

This hotel was excellent, and far above our expectations. The lobby was nicely decorated and welcoming. The staff at the desk were helpful and pleasant. Our room was very nicely furnished and very clean ( that is a big priority for me!). The bed was comfortable. They have a bar, but it was not open the night we stayed. That was okay, because there were SO many dining and bar options nearby. They have a complementary buffet breakfast which was fine. The only negative is the road coming into the hotel could use a repaving. Parking is plentiful and the hotel is very nice and new looking on the outside. We would highly recommend it and stay again.

Shante’ at the front desk was very friendly and helpful during our check-in. Comfortable beds. Location entrance is a bumpy road a little hard to find, but the great price I got on the room outweighed that. Morning breakfast is a nice touch, self serve. A great value hotel.

Excellent overnight facility!

Staff were ALL! exceptionally helpful and courteous! Thay all deserve some k8nd of bonus if they treat all guests with the with the welcoming ura they greeted us with. The room was cozy, but for the life 9f me, i dont understand why lodging facilities don't have small garbage bags in the cans in the rooms! I know all are trying to go 100% eco-friendly, but biodegradable paper bags jave to be available thru some company. And a sanitary liner for the ice bucket would be appreciated. Luckily ive started traveling with one from home. Its not just here either and i rate accordingly and comment on these issues after every stay lately. But the comfort of the room is 10/10, breakfast overall 7/10, staff 15/10. Only stayed 18ish hours so full amenities rating isn't honestly available. If in the area again tho, we will likely stay here again. 😃
