Booked this best western by mistake realized it when I got there and it was too late Hotel was right along a major highway It’s a old hotel and it shows Uncomfortable bed, crappy pillows and horrible seating I was on the first floor near the office and Wi-Fi was horrible at 9mbps speed I expected a lot more for $109 a night

I had to checkout early due to mold in the room. I brought to the attention of management and the front desk after i started getting ill from breathing it in, but they did not respond. I took pictures of the actual mold in the room. I would advise to AVOID this hotel. Trash all around the property in addition to mold. Unsafe area and management does not respond to concerns.

We chose this Best Western because it was across from the airport. Surprisingly we only heard 2 airplanes overhead. We had to park around the back and twice the door was locked (even with the key card). The exercise room only had treadmills, no weights. The front desk staff was friendly.

Shower was disgusting. Clearly not cleaned properly. Poop streaks left in the toilet. Room smelt off, like stale cigarettes even though it was labeled as a smoke free room. Wreaked havoc on my sinuses. So disgusted we skipped the. Breakfast and left at dawn. Will never go there again!

It was a good stay. Staff was courteous and helpful, the front desk offered to carry our bags to the room because the elevator was down. Rooms were quiet even when the hotel filled up.

The facility was great with the exception of the shower head in the accessible bathroom! Very awkward to handle if you’re disabled!
