DO NOT USE the free SHUTTLE pickup. You have to CALL for it (unlike other hotel shuttles that run every 10–15 minutes), and it took about 45 MINUTES from calling to actually getting on the shuttle. We were also the LAST people picked up out of 4 flights that landed If you’re going to use it, CALL AS SOON AS YOU LAND.
Also, DON'T be FIRST in line to get on, unless you want to be last to check in. Not ideal for a solo traveller. The front desk men were probably great under normal circumstances, but by the time I got to them, they seemed overwhelmed and very distracted. I am fairly patient and they mentioned it had been a long day... yeah same, except I am paying, they are getting paid. I just needed an efficient check-in after a long travel day, especially with only about 8 hours at the hotel (thanks Air Canada for the long layover).
**SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND JUST SPEND THE $10 ON AN UBER.**
Morning shuttle was fine, the latest one was still too early for me to arrive at the airport.
