The shuttle driver dropped us off at the hotel. At the checkin we were told we didnt have reservation. After the nine hour flight and a 6 hour time zone adjustment i said I dont what happened but give us a room, we were very tired. Then I discovered why did not lhave aa reservation. the shuttle bus driver took us to the wrong Hilton. this Hilton is very nice but now I have paid for 2 nights. I doubt very much you will respond.

We were told at check in that they could not find a room for us because of a "water problem." We were told that they would pay for taxi to send us to another hotel in Mississauga 20 minutes away in a thunderstorm. I booked the Toronto hotel to be near the airport. We have stayed at many other Hilton Garden Inns. That may be a thing of the past if I can't trust future bookings.

For an overnight stay between connecting flights Hilton garden inn ticked all the boxes. Sadly I arrived late and left early so I did not get to experience the restaurant or bar. Shuttle service to the airport was excellent.

We had an early flight and arrived well before check in. We had planned on just storing our luggage and venturing out, but they allowed us to check in early as I was a Hilton Rewards member and our room was ready. The shuttle service was very convenient to and from the airport for catching the UpExpress downtown. We also loved the breakfast buffet! The only issue we had was the heat in the room because the AC wasn’t very efficient (we were on the 11th floor so probably warmer higher up, but we had a great view of the airport!) Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

The room is excellent and surounding area is clean. The front staff that checked me in appear unfriendly. But the other staff that helped register my vehicle was nice and friendly
