Everything is amazing. Big room, amenities and breakfast. The only issue was a misunderstanding with the shuttle. We scheduled a night before our shuttle for 11am and we can’t make it but we was having plenty of time to get the next one, thinking they run the shuttle every 15-30 min until 1pm as advertised. When the shuttle came back and we was jumping in the bus (11:30am) the driver was upset because he don’t know someone was coming at that time? He drive us anyway but he was upset that he don’t listen when we told him to drop us at the terminal 3 so he drop us instead in the terminal 1 because he supposed is there. So we have to walk back a bit. Overall everything else was excellent.

The toilet was continuously running, however, the maintenance person fixed it quite quickly. The room was adequate. The water temperature fluctuated a lot whilst haing my shower.

The furniture and the hotel itself was dated. The sheets in the bed were not ironed so they were wrinkled which made me feel uncomfortable. I addition our room was located on the second floor. The hotel did not have elevators so we had to bring luggage up two flights of stairs.

The staff were fine but the property should be condemned. The room was dingy and old the door had to be lifted and pulled closed (not kidding) it was falling off its hinges and looked like it might have come from a different room. The whole property looked like it was last updated in the 70s.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. When we arrived they took us to a room in the back of the hotel that I dont think anyone had stayed in , it was dirty, the door lock for safety was broken , the floor was dis gusting , we had to check the bed for bugs because it was gross. I went into the bathroom and the door just about fell off , it was almost off the hinges. I would never tell anyone to saty at this dump of a hotel.
