We booked this because it was advertised as a 1 bedroom so our kids could sleep and we could stay up. The rooms ARE NOT 1 bedrooms. They are studios. There is no wall between the beds and the sitting area. We also booked this hotel because of the pool. Upon arrival we were informed it was closed for PLANNED maintenance. We had checked their website and there was no mention of the maintenance. The staff at the front desk showed us that if you booked through their website it had a small message at the check out page about the pool. Since we booked through Expedia there was no mention. My wife has a feather allergy and I requested a feather free room. They were unable to confirm if the room was feather free and the staff that was directed to change our pillows had no idea what a feather pillow meant and kept asking is we wanted softer pillows not realizing it was due to an allergy. Turns out none of their pillows have feathers It’s close to the airport so the shuttle was very convenient just be aware these rooms are not 1 bedrooms as advertised

Overall our experience was positive. But the reason I booked this hotel was for the pool and it ended up being closed (planned closure). Which I wasn't made aware of until after we checked in and went down to the pool with our 3 young kids in our swimsuits.

Shuttle was over an hour to pick us up at the airport. We were there for four nights and even though the hotel was not busy we were given a room with a horrible view of a rooftop. We could not get "cold" water. TV did not work properly. Pool was closed for repair and there was no mention on the website. We would have stayed somewhere with a pool. Not good!

The room was not the cleanest but not gross dirty. Could use to be dusted and just a deeper better clean. Bed was comfortable. I like the coffee machine in the lobby, nice to have a latte option. Checking in took a while. We were given a room on the 11th floor but neither of our cards worked. So back to the lobby then given a room on the 15th floor. Finally our cards worked. The pool and hot tub were closed when we were there which would have been nice to know when we booked as we likely would have stayed at a different hotel. Also the digital hotel guide is not accurate. We were looking for a vending machine and it lists they are in floors 3, 6, 9, 12 but we could only find one located in the basement. Also the vending machines some take cash only and some take card only. Kind of a hassle.
