Booked a jacuzzi room so that I could unwind after long, emotional days at a mental health conference but wasn’t able to enjoy a soak. First room had a leak which flooded the bedroom floor, so we were moved down a floor. All excited, I get ready to fill the tub only to find that the water is lukewarm at best. I had seen a large flight crew in the lobby waiting for their shuttle, so figured all of them (10-15 people) had showered before they donned their uniforms and drained the hot water tank, so I waited an hour. Still no hot water. I went to bed disappointed, only to face the same situation the following night. The staff was apologetic and did credit us for one night, but it was still disappointing. Based on the front desk’s response, this is an ongoing issue, so don’t count on a hot bath when booking this room. I should also mention that there was something smeared all over the inside of the bathroom door, very visible if the housekeepers had looked at the back of the door when cleaning the room. I used a face cloth to wipe it off, and it was frightening evident that the bathroom door had not been cleaned for some time. Otherwise service was good, and I enjoyed a meal at the lobby bar.
