Clean , room was fantastic. Ran into an issue with our room but staff was exceptionally helping and understanding. Great survive lived that Denny’s was on site. Bed was amazingly comfy. Good & bar onsite was amazing also. Overall I’d stay again for sure was very happy and pleased with my stay!

I reserved a king bed size room with jacuzzi. Unfortunately the shower faucet handle was broken and they did not bother to offer change my room. Room service was very poor and they were not providing enough towels. The very first night we heard something fallen in the bathroom with big noise! I checked and noticed the holders of shampoo and body wash on the wall just felt on the ground. I contacted the room service and they were not surprised at all. It seems this happens all the time. I can't believe this is a 4 star hotel!
