The room was not the cleanest but not gross dirty. Could use to be dusted and just a deeper better clean. Bed was comfortable.
I like the coffee machine in the lobby, nice to have a latte option.
Checking in took a while. We were given a room on the 11th floor but neither of our cards worked. So back to the lobby then given a room on the 15th floor. Finally our cards worked.
The pool and hot tub were closed when we were there which would have been nice to know when we booked as we likely would have stayed at a different hotel.
Also the digital hotel guide is not accurate. We were looking for a vending machine and it lists they are in floors 3, 6, 9, 12 but we could only find one located in the basement. Also the vending machines some take cash only and some take card only. Kind of a hassle.
