Hotel had numerous youth hockey teams the spending the night, that took over the property. Loud in hallways and stairwells. Only two elevators working, and were slow. Room was nice except issues with water not maintaining temperature. It was either super hot or cold. Coffee machine on lobby stopped working. Overall it was an okay stay, but I’ve had better stays at 2 star hotels. Service was not great. Staff not overly accommodating or helpful.

I checked in at 8PM and the front desk couldn't issue key cards. They offered to open and close the door as required, but frankly I didn't want to go to dinner and bother them with this. It was unacceptable from a standpoint as a hotel guest to be unable to access my room without going to the front desk and asking, and I couldn't even get access to the hallway without a card. The next morning I noticed there was nothing but shampoo in the bathroom. No soap, no body wash, no conditioner. The front desk looked, but couldn't find anything. Their only remedy was to wait until 9AM when the room service would arrive. Maybe they would be able to find something. I would not stay here again, nor would I let any friends or family members stay here.

Super good stay on layover. Very impressived. Nice shuttle with great service from hotel staff on timing etc as its tough with kids to gauge shuttle versus Uber. Excellent hospitality to waive early renewal fee as our flight was delayed and we were only 2 hours before regular check-in. That's the kind of client centric stuff that tells you something about quality of management and training. Room was way bigger than expected and well done and comfortable. Denny's (hotel restaurant) was surprising really good. Homemade soup and very nice staff. We'll done Sandman! And Denny's
