The room was freezing its winter and the AC was on. Only had a few hours to sleep and took long to warm up. I would suggest not having AC on in the winter

Everything was good, except the fact that I had requested a quiet room as I’m a poor sleeper, and we looked over a rooftop that had several very noisy compressors and fans that went day and night, which could be heard unfortunately making it difficult for me to get much sleep on the night we stayed.

Hotel had numerous youth hockey teams the spending the night, that took over the property. Loud in hallways and stairwells. Only two elevators working, and were slow. Room was nice except issues with water not maintaining temperature. It was either super hot or cold. Coffee machine on lobby stopped working. Overall it was an okay stay, but I’ve had better stays at 2 star hotels. Service was not great. Staff not overly accommodating or helpful.
