The room was perfect, a lot larger than expected with separate lounge. Kitchen facilities were a lovely bonus although not required. The bed was super comfortable with pillow choices too. I had a great sleep. The staff are so welcoming and professional. The shuttle ro the airport was on time, driver was courteous and even loaded and unloaded my heady cases. Overall a perfect stay, I have no complaints whatsoever. Its spotless and smells so good. I will be staying again

Entrance is beautiful and it makes you think rooms will be too. Unfortunately, windows were dirty, closet doors broken, hot shower broken and twice asked to fix, still could not get hot water for more then a minute

We were never emailed about the pool closure was going to be closed for the duration of our stay and we were never told that no housekeeper was coming, which should’ve been told when we checked in who checks that app thing in the room nobody does the lady that told us she was very rude Would not recommend as they do not inform your customers
