It was very difficult to communicate with the staff and request the shuttle bus. The bedroom was okay all cleansame with the bathroom, but it was freezing when we got there as the ac/heating unit was not working, only blowing cold air. There was just 1 tea bag and we were woken up with someone banging on the door at 8am for housekeeping apparently. The breakfast was great with lots of options.

The thing i love about this room is the 7-3 guest service staff, the breakfast girl, my beds and some of the Housekeepers that helped us and was willing to help. Thank you for all your hard work We stayed here from the 25th and checked out 28th. The night staff 3-11 staff i suggest as aformer forntdesk manager. When you have no guest around, clean up tye area in front of you, at least organize tye floor mats that was nit in proper prosition wipe tye counyer and orgnize the mini store a but. It is so untidy and doesnt look nice. And also try to greet your guest with a smile when they come i mean everyone not just selective And also to some of the frontdesk if theres no coin for laundry dont you guys have the keys for the coin box? One of you guys can go there and takethe coins and exchage it. Thanks again rya and tye breakfast girl and to the housekeepers.thabk you.pls do keep it up
