Great location

We stayed at the Sheraton to go see a concert at the Rogers center. We walked to the Rogers center, which took about 20 minutes, but it was a very safe walk.

Our room was very hot and it was very hot outside so we were not happy about not having relief in our room. The thermostat SAID it was at 18.5 but it most def was not. That would’ve been a very noticeable difference in temp from what we were feeling. Parking is extra. Breakfast not included. We had 4 guests registered and only got 3 towels and 2 waters. Beds were very comfy but that didn’t help us sleep better in the warmth of our room. Seems clean. Friendly staff although no one told us we had to scan our room keys to operate the elevators. It was fine for 1 night I guess.

The property's central location was ideal. The actual hotel room was not quite up to standard for the price paid per night but - it is downtown toronto after all. The pool was excellent, however, an additional 85 dollars to reserve a pool chair is ridiculous. The carpet had a major stain in the center, and the room felt a bit dated and bathtub looked "tired." Forgiving the big city experience, one should not have to have the kids experience a man urinating on the building 10 ft from the front entrance, inside the covered entrance. All fun and games when you deal with the big city, but these folks should not be permitted to enter the facility after the public display of urination. I wouldnt say the family particularly enjoyed that bit, but, to sum up - my kids felt like the room we were in was subpar compared to other hotels we've stayed in- totally honest and unbiased opinion of my teens. The staff was great and were quick to reset a tripped breaker in the bathroom and the room was "good."

Loved our stay

We were in town for a few Blue Jays games. Found that the hotels location was perfect. Only about a 15 min walk to most of our destinations. Hotel was great! Pool, and work out room were awesome! Really enjoyed our long weekend in town at the Sheraton.
