Tikitere accommodation with pool

I’m really disappointed to write this because this used to be my favourite place. For the past 6 years, I’ve stayed here twice a year and always looked forward to it. Unfortunately, my last visit and this recent stay have shown a clear decline.I paid over $1000 for 3 nights, and honestly, it was not worth it anymore. The room was smelly, noisy, and poorly maintained. Simple things like the TV remote not even having batteries show a lack of attention to detail. What’s most frustrating is that there have been no upgrades at all—the rooms feel exactly the same as they did 5 years ago, if not worse. Rotorua has always been my getaway to relax, but sadly this hotel no longer provides that experience. It’s disappointing to see such a drop in standards. I won’t be staying here again and will definitely be looking for a better option next time.

The bar was good. The staff very friendly

We didn't go for breakfast....we couldn't find necessary equipments of kitchen like Microwave,Toaster etc.

Clean and comfortable. Heating in room did not work but staff were very good and moved us to new room

Nice friendly quick check in with rooms very clean and tidy ,very local to town and activities 👍

The rooms were nice, basic, but all we needed. Nice fresh towels. A bit of maintenance needed on the place but it’s was all round good experience.
