Was up stairs that were difficult for my senior mum. No lift. Suitcases etc were very challenging to manoeuvre. Our fault they told me for not specifying wheelchair access - but she doesn’t need a wheeelchair! TV wouldn’t work. Such a weird place to exit - gates were tied up. Bit of an odd vibe.

Nice staff but so deeply run down. Every time the toilet was flushed in ours or neighbors rooms the vibration of the plumbing would reverberate through the room. The room hadn’t been properly cleaned when we arrived. Dead bugs in bathroom and the fridge was full of beer from someone else’s stay. The pool was nightmarish. Would not stay here again, nor recommend

Room was clean. Leak by sliding door so carpet was wet. Interior corridor so noise from adjacent rooms was a problem. Bathrooms updated. Refergerator made some noise. No one in lobby after 8am to check out. Would not recommend.

I booked this hotel as it had 2 pools and breakfast in the restaurant. 24hrs after my cancellation window closed they emailed to say they were “delighted” to share that both pools and the restaurant were being refurbished and therefore closed. I was meant to be given a voucher for breakfast at a nearby cafe but wasn’t and when I realised the reception was locked up and I never saw it open again. We were apparently in a luxury kingsize with a balcony, I’ll let you decide when on the balcony from the pics. There was no aircon and the room was 29 degrees constantly, there was a fan but it just moved hot air around. The room wasn’t serviced not that that mattered as we was only there 2 nights. Another small gripe - there were only 1 pillow per person with no extras available in the room.
