87 degrees in room 8210 and the AC is broken. The rest of the hotel is cooled. Obviously just an issue with the room, certainly this should be easy to accommodate a guest. No - “sorry it’s not refundable” like what? I’m going to dispute the charge on my card seriously you can’t do that. If the electricity didn’t work in my room. Not refundable? 87 degrees is insane. I go down the road to the Delta where my room is 68. What a travesty and frankly a scam you can’t sell rooms that aren’t habitable. I will get money back, and you can keep this bad re

Loved the character of this boutique hotel. Room and bathroom were very spacious. Bed very comfortable and the room was clean. In room amenities included: bath essentials, water and a mini coffee station. Room was equipped with a fridge, ironing board, hair dryer and a mini heater (did not use). Very CLEAN bathroom and shower. Inclusions; free wifi with very good connection. The included breakfast was fine, it consisted of cereal, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, potatoes and fruits. Very conveniently located!!!

I have never stayed in a cleaner hotel! The staff were accommodating and very friendly from check in to check out. The building and grounds are beautiful, and the suite we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The only minor drawback was the lack of air conditioning, but we were able to open the windows to make it comfortable. This didn’t diminish our experience at all. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at the Courthouse countless times. We liked the quietness of the space. Our last visit, our room was on the lower level. Noise started at 5am, the room was located under the dining room, so footsteps, chairs, etc. You get the idea. Breakfast options have gone downhill. We had the choice of cold, hard boiled eggs, a couple of meat options and that's it! This visit was disappointing to say the least.
