Very secure, very clean, super comfortable, great bar, close to transportation, walkable to tourist sites, friendly staff. The bartender at the bar at the hotel gave us recommendations on things that we could do in our short visit to London.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night on a trip to London to go to the theater. It was an excellent hotel, very clean and well kept. The room was great, very comfy bed and an amazing shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly, can't recommend highly enough.

Wow I have stayed in many hotels in London and for me this one I’ll be returning! Amazing check in thanks to Fenia or Felia I think! You were amazing and looked after me. The room size was perfect and the beds were very comfy. My only gripe would be shower looks a bit dated but that’s me being very very picky! Location is also great 30 second walk from Tower Hill or Aldgate thank you for a perfect stay and the breakfast was also best I’ve had! Will be returning 100% I never leave reviews but felt like I had too

The staff were very friendly, and the facilities were lovely. The only negative I would say is that the bathrooms are on the small side.

We had a junior suite with access to the club lounge which was great, the staff were courteous and friendly and breakfast was very good.
