The room was okay, clean and comfortable. The TV channels kept glitching and were very limited. The check in people sadly were not friendly. Also when asked questions about the town/city, they were not familiar.

We really enjoyed our stay at this holiday park. It was exactly what we were expecting—no luxury, but clean, tidy, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the beds were comfortable, and the beautiful views of the lake made our stay even more enjoyable. A pleasant place to stay.

Room was super clean and loved the accommodation! The room does get hot though, there are some windows to open but with no screen. But however the vibe there was great so I have to give 5 stars. Staff was helpful and check in was a breeze.

We had 2 one night stays here, before our Milford Sound stay. The first was #52 Lakeview Family Studio Motel which we liked for its space, aircond. The second was 2 Bedroom - Family Bathroom Cabin (Koromiko) which was less spacious and felt warm, no aircond. The staff said there was no fridge provided, actually the bedrooms had small bar fridges. Luckily it cooled down for sleeping and yes, the deck had lake views, but we’d definitely recommend the first accomodation over the second, especially in summer. There were lots of different types of accomodation in the park.

Close to beach and town centre (walking distance). Laundry room had enough washers and dryers that there was no line, the units also worked well. Kitchen was a little chaotic but that could be due to the other patrons, staff made sure that it was clean and guests had access to pots/pans/knives/chopping boards/etc. Our cabin was tiny but cozy, with good layout for two people and two big suitcases.

We were able to get a 2 bedroom room at short notice after we were turned around on the Milford Track due weather, Room was well presented and clean. About a 10 minute walk to town. Had all we needed.

The rooms do not keep out any sound, can hear the people speaking in the next rooms plus anyone walking past, can hear other people opening and closing their sliding doors. We realised it was a budget room but not expecting to hear every sound. No tvs in room too.

Room was clean but a little dated and quite noisy with adjoining studio unit. The was quite a strong chemical smell in the bathroom are but clean and good facilities. Location was great and easily walkable to the local town centre and offered experience booking services whilst in the Fiordland area

Photographs of this property and their rooms are extremely deceptive. The room that I was given reminded me of an infirmary at anxelemtsry school in the 80s. The properties are also built on an elevated platform with crawl space underneath, so every little step when people are walking down the hall way is felt/heard. Booked 2x nights here, put my key in the dropbox and left the next morning after night 1. Do not recommend.
