There are no business facilities but the Internet was good.

The kitchen was terrible—old, broken, and very dirty. The utensils were worn out and there weren't enough of them, and the overflowing bins were left open. We felt so disgusted that we decided not to cook at all. We had a room with a fridge, but the provided dishes weren't properly clean. The mattress is too thin. I would only come here again with my own camper. The pitches are clean and well-maintained, and the sanitary facilities are still quite new. However, the radio plays constantly in the bathrooms; if you have to use the toilet at night, the music wakes you up completely. Unfortunately, the staff is unfriendly.

Outstanding property

The homestead was amazing, the staff at reception even more so. Next time we'll skip Queenstown and just stay at Te Anau Lodge for the duration!

We stayed in the new apartments of this motel. Absolutely fantastic with all amenities for a relaxing stay, could not recommend this enough. Wonderful!

Very nice place. Easy to walk to the Main Street with restaurants. Room was smallish but clean, nice and comfortable. Nice seating area with a sofa which is a good touch. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice and quiet, no noise from neighbours. Free parking outside your room.
