Durning my staff I asked if i can have my room serviced 24hrs in advance and I was unable to. Also I had to continuously ask for toilet paper,bath towels and there is no hand soap in washroom. Also I had to ask for a parking pass because when I was checked in no one offered it and I seen signs I could get my car towed.

This is a motel, not a hotel. Poor lighting and dirty outdoor corridors leading to rooms. Property is run down. Moldy and dirty bathrooms. Left at 10 pm and went to another hotel.

I was made to pay more money to check in early just to leave my car in the parking lot. I asked for more pillows and towels 3 times and only received the towels after 3rd time asking. I was told staff did not have the keys to get extra pillows.

I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Tampa Westshore and regret every minute of it. The hotel is rundown, dirty, and in desperate need of renovations. The room smelled musty, the carpet was stained, and the bathroom was barely clean. The photos online are incredibly misleading. Customer service was just as disappointing. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful when I asked to switch rooms due to cleanliness issues. I also had issues with noisy guests late at night, and no one from the hotel did anything about it despite multiple complaints. To make matters worse, the so-called "free breakfast" was barely edible — stale pastries, watery coffee, and questionable fruit. Don’t waste your money or your time here. There are far better options in the area. I will never be back.

Where do I begin? Firstly, the lobby is beautiful. The rest of the place is a DUMP! Let me begin. The room didn’t come with a blanket. I had to ask for one. There was 1 chair in the room… a beat up office chair. Not very useful with 2 people in the room. There were spider webs behind the bathroom door. The sink didn’t have a drain plug. The curtains didn’t fit the window so light kept coming in. There were water stains on the ceiling. Now for breakfast..the coffee was cold, the milk was warm, the cereal was stale and the bananas were under ripe and couldn’t be eaten. I saw several people throw out their toast which I didn’t try. Presumably it was also stale. The restaurant wasn’t open and Expedia didn’t mention this in the listing. Thank goodness McDonald’s was only a mile away. I can’t believe that Expedia would feature a DUMP like this place. I used to trust Expedia for quality locations. No more! It was an awful experience!!

It's a 3 star, so ...it was okay. It was clean and good for a night before a cruise. The website says there's a restaurant. There isn't. We walked about 8 to 10 minutes to an Olive Garden. There was nothing else nearby. The walkways were very dimly lit at night. You have to call to get an airport shuttle. Again the website says there is a regular shuttle,scheduled pick-ups. Our alarm clock worked, but the time was wrong and couldn't be changed. So, not helpful. The breakfast was pretty decent. The room was spacious, so not crowded. Would we stay again? Probably not, but maybe.

Just a quick trip at this hotel. My room was clean. Easy check in, comfortable bed. Good choices of restaurants close by. I would definitely stay again!
