I'm no stranger to budget / dated hotel rooms, but this was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. It was absolutely disgusting. All of the furniture was peeling, the arm chair was so worn and stained that it looked like it was pulled straight from a dump, there was black mold on the ceiling and wall next to the headboard, there was some sort of oil or grease on the wall above the headboard, dried droplets on the floor next to the side of the bed, the baseboards, outlet covers, and lampshades were filthy. I didn't want to touch anything in the room. The window of room 315 opens to a view of a brick wall a few feet away. You could hear conversations as if you were right next to the people outside. We should have left the second we saw the room, but I figured I'd try to tough it out, which ended up being a mistake, as it was the worst and most stressful part of our entire 3-night trip. I woke up the 2nd morning to 3 bites on my leg that I'm hoping aren't bed bug bites. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere. I would have felt more at ease camping in a tent. Never again.

The room was sub par. The room had a not so Fresh smell to it. The bed sheets did not smell clean, had to request they be changed. The tub ran a bit slow, and the toilet was temperamental and would take a couple of flushes to flush completely. The room and common areas were very dated.

We checked into the hotel, went to the room and immediately asked for a refund. The entire place was terrible. The “courtyard” area looked like the inside of a prison! The room was disgusting, rusty lamps, stained walls and a nasty velour chair that should never be sat in unless you want to catch something! We would have slept in the car before pulling the covers back!

First, the staff was wonderful. But the facility is HORRIBLE. Filthy. Furniture in the rooms made of pressed ‘wood’ from the 90s maybe - separating and warped and crooked. I took photos- in the bathroom, the wall between the bathroom vanity top and the toilet was covered in what looked like dead fleas. I am not exaggerating. At least they were dead. I reached out to the front desk but they were full and could not move me. I tried to reach Expedia but was on ‘waiting for an agent’ for over an hour, and had a 4:40 a.m. shuttle to the airport and so had to go to sleep. Horrible. Horrible.

The checkin process was easy. The hotel sent a link through text and i was able to complete my checkin before arriving. when I arrived I gave them my Id and they had my room key ready. The process took less than 5 minutes. The staff was nice and able to answered my questions. The room was cleanish. I usually bring socks to walk on the floor, it will turn your feet black. The hot water was limited while showering. The pool had plenty of seating, but was dirty and cold. I do not think it is heated. On the positive side. It is located to many things, resturaunts, shopping, and the airport. The staff is nice. The beds are pretty comfortable, but the TV channel selection is very basic. Breakfast is pretty good. Waffles, breads, yogurt, fruit and some drink options. The also have a small selection of beverages at the front including alcohol. The place is not to bad if you are on a budget or staying for a night or two.

The rooms are rundown, worn out. The lobby and front desk area are nice and modern, but do not reflect the outdated rooms. The AC/heating system is extremely noisy. The TV reception is poor on several stations.
