Absolutely sickening they can charge 200$ a night for this place asked them for more pillows multiple times never received. Beds/chairs stained no outlets worked broken glass bottles in the stairs all around not a place to stay for 20$ a night let alone 200$

Stayed at the hotel from 02/02 to 02/03 and will probably not return. The room was very dusty and I found hair and nail clippings on the floor in the my bathroom, I don’t believe it was cleaned properly. The staff were lovely at check-in but the check-out staff member was unfriendly and couldn’t be bothered answering questions. The advertised gym was closed, and when it eventually opened all the equipment was broken besides the cross trainer. I also have not received my $100 hold back to my card on file and it has been 5 days.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. The bathroom was disgusting. The tub was spray painted and there was painted flaking off the tub. The tub didn’t drain nor did it have hot water. The tab in the bathroom sink was all rusty. The water damage on every baseboard in the room. Only thing clear were the sheets. Floors were so dirty and gross I kept my shoes in the whole time. Do not recommend staying here.

Shuttle sucks

The hotel, surprisingly, was quite mediocre. It feels like it’s simply needs renovation. The shuttle service from the airport was absolutely horrible. I had to wait an hour for pick up, which was at 11:30 in the evening. I won’t stay here again.

Decent cleanliness! Great costumer service!!

It was a lovely overpriced.. but it was a LARGE facility with Decent Rooms and good cleanliness.!!! It actually smelled decent / Good when the Helpful and friendly Cuban Desk attendant educated me on the property, showed me a room and even shared his story along the walk!! Really good experience for the most part..

Not pleasant.

The room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Even the toilet paper smelled like cigarettes. It was disgustingly awful.
