Got up at 4.00 a.m for early flight from cold Canada to enjoy afternoon in sun poolside. Pool has been closed for awhile and they wouldnt even let us sit in pool area so spent next 20 hours in room. Had Expedia let us know of this important feature not being available we could have changed hotels. Suprised to learn restaurant closed 2 years ago and food services 10 minure walk down 4 lane divided highway. Would have thought major hotel chain airport hotel would provide food services. No other amenities in this office building community. Noticed how slow check in is by watching several check ins while waiting to speak to clerk. Even when having filled in the pre check in website form. Very dissapointing stay although room clean and good size but only 1 chair

There was no heat in the room. We only knew about from another customer. We were not told upon check in. No information on anything in the room for eating or other information. Restaurant was closed. Only thing available anywhere was water. Airport shuttle took 2 hours for pick up

Add arrival I will bypass the attitude of the clerk at the front desk she may have had a bad day. Mostly we were there early in the day got a room went to dinner and set the thermostat so the room was warmer come back and it was colder blowing up cold air. The best the front desk could do was give us more blankets I was told that there were no other rooms available I had mentioned in this big hotel there's nothing available that I walked past three rooms that were empty she goes those for her guests that have not arrived yet but I'm a guest already here I should have priority. The best I got was more blankets. When you decided to stay in the lobby till it was time for bed because our room is so cold The area where there's tables and chairs were locked up we were told that guess we're not allowed to hang around the lobby or use the tables and chairs after a certain hours. What kind of hotel does that.
