I was really looking forward to this stay at the Hyatt. I was disappointed. Our towels in the room- 2 were dirty. Gross. One of the shower doors would not stay shut. The bathroom door inside was dirty. The large light behind the couch in the room did not work. I was there for a one night work stay. The valet team both days were fantastic and the front desk clerk Gavin was very nice. As far as quality vs. the price. I will be honest I won’t be staying at Hyatt again

The hotel was a great value for the price. The gym was clean and well-equipped, which I really appreciated. I would have given a higher rating if the room had felt a bit more updated. That said, the breakfast included with my rate was excellent—definitely a highlight of my staY.

The property was great room was clean breakfast was great! The only issue was the housekeeping man tried to open the door way before checkout with a do not disturb sign visible on the door while we were getting dressed.

Beatiful facility, friendly and courteous staff everywhere - lobby, Valet, bar, restaurant, service; I mean everyone was so nice to deal with. Fantastic location, easy access to main highways and express way. Spacious room, quite and super clean.

Such an amazing CLEAN place to stay! Very beautiful views. The only surprise we had is that it is a valet only building. You will be charged $42 a night. Also when you check in an additional $50 will be charged to your account for "damage deposit".
