My family and I stayed in Tampa for the first time, and unfortunately the overall atmosphere just didn’t feel right to us. Check‑in was fine and the staff were friendly, but several things made our stay uncomfortable. Parking is valet only and costs $45 per night, which we didn’t expect. Breakfast is from 6:30–9:30 a.m., but when we went down, most of the food stations were empty and guests were standing around waiting for items to be refilled. The shower pressure in our room was also very slow. The biggest concern for us was the surrounding area. There were many homeless individuals nearby, and it didn’t feel very safe or family‑friendly. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Hotel was beautiful & breakfast was amazing. Having the Starbucks there for our late risers was excellent too! We had to use the laundry facilities, super to have on site for guest use. Location was great, rooms were HUGE and clean, showers were hot, & the staff (and valet parkers) couldn't have been more helpful!
