Hotel was very accommodating. They held onto our luggage after we checked out so we could tour Tampa university. They also allowed us to hang out by the pool for a few hours because our flight was delayed

The ratings are for our room - the property lobby and restaurant were very nice. The room was old, scared furniture, poor paint, no light in the short hallway, unfinished doorway, overall very poor appearance. Could not get the room cleaned, had to remind the front desk every day of the 5 day stay. After being out all day, we came back at 8:15 PM to an unmade-up room. The elevator situation is awful - 2 old elevators, one made a chirping sound, for the entire hotel. All of the floor indicators are covered so you had no idea if the elevator was working - the wait was long and hopeful. We PAID to be frustrated and inconvenienced. The new “Hilton” experience. Disappointed is an understatement.
