Room was good, hotel was neat and clean, everything was good until extra fees were added. Was unaware of an extra $30.00 fee for something that could be spent in the restaurant. Should also have free parking along with valet parking to choose from.

Absolutely neglected, no shampoo no conditioner tv didn’t work, toilet flush didn’t work towels were not changed. Front desk managers were not helpful. Really pathetic they should ashamed to be open

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Tampa. Trolley stops outside the hotel and takes you all over town for free. Waterfront dining across the street

First room smelled like mold so i asked to move. Then I get hit with a smoking fee when I only sprayed aromatherapy essential oils. They said it was a open flame with smoke. Booked at $488 for two night got charged over $800 leaving. Thats not including the valet only parking that is $45 every night there. The rooms don't have heat and do not go above 71. There are no stairs so you have to take the elevator no matter what. No apps on the tv so you have to be in 2001. All together just a waste of money for a "good" hotel. A dog pissed in the elevator from the 19th floor down and we had to enjoy that because there are no stairs to get out from for the "safety" of guests. Marriott is close just go there.

Air conditioning in the room wasn’t working at 1am. Front desk staff, Emma and Josh, were quite rude and less than helpful with the situation. Finally after a half hour of phone calls with the front desk, the maintenance guy came and replaced the air filter and acted like that was going to fix anything.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good, the hotel is beautiful with a lot of nice views and a lovely pool. Restaurants inside the hotel are great. Extremely convenient location. One of the best stays I've had in awhile.
