Convenient to the airport. Excellent staff at breakfast and managers reception. Front desk is accommodating. All good. Bad stuff = Self parking charge not disclosed ($18 per night), rooms are sparse, dated, and not comfy. A lack of attention to detail throughout hotel. It is time for a refresh of almost everything at this place. Staff friendliness makes up for a lot of issues however.

The overall experience was great as the hotel provided a staging area for a surprise birthday party meet & greet. The staff greeted me upon arrival to the check-in counter. My only dislike was that I completed the mobile check-in many hours prior to arrival to eliminate waiting in line due to a leg issue. My mobile key was never activated for direct access to my room. The staff member kindly stated that she forgot to assign me a room because she was busy with other customers. She also forgot my complimentary water as an elite member, therefore, I leniently rated 4 stars for staff & service.
