This 3 bedrooms townhouse (sleep up to 10 people) is situated in an unbeatable location in North Parramatta with 2 cars garage parking spot and 5 minutes drive to Parramatta Shopping Centre.

This house has been designed as a kid/family friendly place with cot bed and high chair for your infant.

This townhouse has 4 levels. Underground floor has 2 cars garage parking space. Ground floor is an open plan living with 55" smart TV's (Netflix included), sofa bed, indoor dinning area and outdoor dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary appliances, pots and pans etc. The backyard has BBQ grill, table and chairs combined with fresh air in the garden create a unique and enjoyable environment to spend with your family.

Level 1 features 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen side bed, a cot bed for your infant, wardrobe and its own ensuite. The other bedroom has a queen bed and sharing a main bathroom.

Level 2 has a massive bedroom with 2 queen size beds and wardrobe.

The rooms are professionally cleaned with the utmost details.

Additional features include ducted hot/cold air conditioning throughout, fenced boundary for your privacy, security alarm, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and blanket. Soap, shampoo, conditioner are provided. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil and pepper are provided, as well as all basic kitchen appliances.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Feels like home

We have a wonderful stay in this house, kids love the massive room with 2 beds coz they stay together in one room. Everything is good coz it’s new.Perfect place to stay. Parking is excellent for being safe. Well recommended to everyone.
