Book Summit Station hotels

Front desk staff were cheery and helpful. I felt welcomed by the woman who checked me in. The room was large and suitable to my needs. The bed was very comfortable.

Hotel staff was very helpful. There was an issue with Expedia booking, but the staff was able to handle it. The restaurant was amazing. Top quality food and the bartenders get a 5 star as well. Only thing I would point out is the exterior does not compliment the interior. I intend to stay here again.

Beds are full of bedbugs

We chose this hotel because it includes a free breakfast. No big complaints about the breakfast - they didn’t have green tea and my husband didn’t like the fact that they didn’t use real eggs. The rooms were clean. We had two rooms - one had a tub and the other just had a shower. They were able to give us rooms on the same floor. I would have preferred rooms next to each other but it wasn’t bad. Main complaint about the rooms was that there weren’t enough hooks. Only one place to hang towels and no places to hang wash cloths. How do they expect us to reuse towels when there aren’t enough spaces to hang them. Also only one hook in the room. Three or four would have been nice. No couch in the room. When we called for clean towels and toilet paper (3 times total) the staff came very quickly. Overall would stay again. The no hooks thing is very common with hotels. I need to just start bringing my own. But seriously don’t ask us to reuse towels and then not give us places to hang them.
