The young lady at checkin was lovely (Leila). She was informative, friendly and very knowledgeable. She was also at the desk the next morning, also as spry as the evening before. The room was very clean, but the bed was uncomfortable. Very soft with lots of divets. Also the pillows were too soft (or old). Chalked it up to personal preference.

Broken tv, unplugged refrigerator, cold air vent directed at the bed, brightly lit thermostat that lights up the whole room while try to sleep, flashing smoke detector too close to the bed. Nice, clean pool area and good food in the dining hall. Nice shower, good water temperature, and comfortable beds.

Clean, spacious and quiet rooms..thought when I booked this hotel that breakfast was included, but was told it was not.? would be nice if a hot cup of coffee was available for late raisers and those coming back in after a eventful day, especially when its so cold like it has been. Overall nice place to stay.
