Heat/cool did not work properly in the room. The fan either blew too warm or too cool or off altogether, no way to make it moderately comfortable. But the room was clean and beds very comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful to ensure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was plentiful but scrambled eggs were dry and cold. Otherwise great. All that said we would book it again, so thank you for great staff and comfy beds!

Comfortable beds, but bathroom very very small, can't get into shower or use toilet unless you close the door first. 2nd night was very noisy after midnite. Friendly staff though.

Friendly staff at reception and in dining area. Breakfast was nice. Beds were comfortable. One lamp and refrigerator in our room did not work. Vent in bathroom was clogged with dirt and dust. Main drawer in desk was missing and chair at desk was in worn out condition. The walls around the bathroom sink and the back of the bathroom door weren’t clean. Wall outlet in bathroom was coming out of the wall. Hair dryer was missing from wall mount.
